• No Commercial Endorsements
• No Nails for Hanging Beads
• No Throwing in Assembly Area
• Masks & Costumes Must Remain On for Entire Parade
• Must Stop Throwing at Martin Behrman
• No Firearms Except for Authorized Police Personnel
